SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible!

Same-Day Processing:

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST (noon Eastern) Monday-Friday are processed and shipped the same business day

Next-Day Processing:

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST (noon Eastern) Monday-Friday are processed and shipped the next business day

Business Days:

  • Monday - Friday only (excluding federal holidays)
  • No weekend processing - Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday
  • Orders placed on federal holidays will be processed the next business day

Examples:

  • Order placed Friday at 11:00 AM → Ships Friday
  • Order placed Friday at 2:00 PM → Ships Monday
  • Order placed Saturday or Sunday (any time) → Ships Monday
  • Order placed Monday holiday → Ships Tuesday

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping rate: calculated by UPS 2nd Day Air at checkout.

Shipping rate: calculated by UPS Next Day Air at checkout.

Shipping rate: calculated by UPS Ground at checkout.

Shipping rate: calculated by USPS Ground Advantage Commercial at checkout.

Shipping rate: calculated by USPS Priority Mail at checkout.

We ship from Jenkintown, Pennsylvania.

Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on carrier and destination.


Order Tracking

You'll receive tracking information within 24 hours of your order shipping.

  • Tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout
  • Track your order anytime by logging into your account or using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  • Please allow 24 hours after receiving tracking information for the carrier to update their system

Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.

We ship to:

  • Residential addresses
  • Business addresses
  • P.O. Boxes (USPS only)
  • Military APO/FPO addresses

Address Changes:

  • Once your order has been processed, we cannot change the shipping address
  • Contact us immediately at Jen@HolyGiftShops.com or +1-610-212-3033 if you need to update your address before noon EST on the day your order processes

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ship orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • High order volume during holidays or special promotions
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Carrier delays or disruptions
  • Inventory availability issues

We will notify you immediately if:

  • Your order will be delayed beyond the estimated delivery window
  • An item in your order is out of stock
  • There are any issues with your shipping address

Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages:

  • If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office
  • Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date, and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue
  • Once we confirm the package is lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund

Damaged Packages:

  • If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and items
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Jen@HolyGiftShops.com
  • We'll arrange for a replacement or refund immediately

Holiday Shipping

During major holidays, please note:

Order Early:

  • We recommend placing holiday orders at least 2 weeks in advance
  • Processing and delivery times may be extended during peak seasons (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter)

Holiday Cutoff Dates:

  • We'll post specific cutoff dates for guaranteed holiday delivery on our website
  • Check our homepage or subscribe to our newsletter for updates

Post Office Closures:

  • No shipments will be processed on federal holidays
  • Orders placed on holidays will ship the next business day
